What is BeerYoga?
BeerYoga (also Bier Yoga or Beer Yoga) is exactly what it sounds like — and much better than it sounds: real yoga, playfully combined with beer. The bottle becomes your balance partner, tastings happen between exercises, and by the first wobbly warrior pose at the latest, the whole group is laughing. That's the whole point: sharing an experience none of you will forget anytime soon.
And because we're BierBoutique, what lands on the mat is the right stuff too: hand-picked craft beers from our range instead of mass-market beer — non-alcoholic on request, and just as tasty.

Do I need prior yoga experience?
No — and we mean that seriously. The exercises are designed for beginners and are guided throughout. Comfortable clothing is all you need; we provide the mats.
How much beer is consumed during BeerYoga?
It's about enjoyment, not drinking: small amounts of selected craft beers are tasted. Non-alcoholic specialties are available on request — the session is just as fun either way.
Where does BeerYoga take place?
Outdoors in Konstanz, for example by the lake. For groups, we can also come to you by arrangement — for instance to company premises or an event location on the western shore of Lake Constance.
Is BeerYoga suitable as a bachelor/bachelorette or corporate event?
Yes — bachelor/bachelorette parties and team events are the most common occasions. Bookable from 10 people; can be combined on request with a guided beer tasting or our craft beer catering.
What's the minimum age to participate?
BeerYoga with tasting is available from age 16 (beer permitted from 16 under German youth protection law); we recommend the format from age 18. Details are arranged at booking.
