Estonian Dessert Porter with Milk Chocolate

Must Kuld - Estonian for "black gold" - comes from the cult Tallinn brewery Poehjala, one of the most famous names in the Baltic craft beer scene. Brewed with lactose for a particularly silky texture, this porter is a beer for connoisseurs with a fondness for sweets.

Upon opening, an aroma of delicate milk chocolate immediately wafts forth, followed by honey and blackcurrant notes. On the palate, creamy white chocolate unfolds, complemented by coffee as well as raspberry and cassis tones.
