Classic Berlin Pils with a strong hop note
The Vagabund Brewery from Berlin-Neukölln brews its Pils using the traditional decoction method – more complex and time-consuming than modern infusion methods, but it is precisely this that shapes the character of this beer.
Using the hop varieties Herkules, Taurus, and Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, a golden yellow Pils is created that tastes robustly bitter and at the same time pleasantly full-bodied. A firm grain note forms the malty foundation, while fruity-fresh noble hop aromas provide the typical Pils character.
