Sometimes you don't need a wild hop blend at all. Sometimes a single hop is enough, if it brings as much personality as HBC 630. That's exactly what Single Hop Double Match is all about: one hop. One Double New England IPA. Maximum aroma.

Right from opening the can, it's clear where this is heading. Juicy stone fruits meet red berries, joined by ripe cherries, tropical fruit and a hint of citrus. In the glass, the beer appears beautifully hazy, sun-yellow, with a creamy head — exactly how a modern hazy Double IPA should look.

How it tastes

Soft, juicy and full of fruit. HBC 630 shows its full range, delivering aromas of peach, cherry, red berries and tropical fruit. Despite its 7.6% alcohol, the beer stays remarkably smooth and dangerously drinkable. The bitterness stays pleasantly restrained, leaving the fruitiness to take the lead. A creamy mouthfeel rounds everything off, making sure the next sip is never far away.

Pairs well with

Smash burgers, pulled pork, spicy BBQ, hot street food, or a bold cheese. But it works just as well solo — whenever you're simply in the mood for a truly juicy hazy DIPA.
