Wild Berliner Weisse from Schneeeule Brewery

Fiona is one of the individual Berliner Weisse editions from the Schneeeule Brewery – each named after its own personality, each with its own character. It is brewed according to historical tradition: lacto-fermented, unfiltered, and bottle-conditioned, entirely without the addition of syrup.

Like all Weisses from the Genz brewery, Fiona impresses with a finely balanced acidity, bitterness, and maltiness – refreshing, dry, and with the lively effervescence typical of Schneeeule.

Sparkling and sour, dry on the finish, with fine perlage and subtle fruity notes.
